Imphi approached WebDev24x7 with a vision to modernize its online presence and streamline vendor interactions through a dedicated web portal. The core objective was to build a responsive, user-friendly website that not only showcased Imphi’s services and product catalog in a clean, intuitive layout but also provided an authenticated vendor portal where partners could manage listings, track orders, and view performance analytics—all within a single, centralized platform.
Challenges
Prior to development, Imphi relied on disparate systems and manual spreadsheets for vendor onboarding and order management. Challenges
WebDev24x7 designed and implemented Imphi’s new site on WordPress, leveraging a custom-built multi-vendor portal plugin tailored to Imphi’s workflows. We crafted a bespoke theme with Bootstrap for rapid, responsive layouts and integrated role-based access controls so vendors could securely log in, update product details, download invoices, and receive automated order notifications. Real-time dashboards were built using Chart.js and RESTful API endpoints to give vendors insight into sales metrics, stock levels, and payment status. On the public side, we optimized images with WebP, implemented server-level caching via W3 Total Cache, and enhanced on-page SEO to improve search visibility.
